We reserve the right to change prices at the turn of the year.
Local tax of € 3.55 per night and person incl. mobility contribution is not included in the room price.
When needed, a cot can be booked for € 10,00 per night.
We don’t have any quiet rooms, as they all face the surrounding streets and alleyways, which are very busy, especially in the summer months.
Our rooms do not have an air conditioning.
Cancellation conditions for bookings via our homepage:
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
In the event of cancellation in the 3 days prior to arrival, the guest shall pay an amount equal to the first night.
In the event of a no-show, the guest will be charged the total price of the booking.
